What we do
Shade, screens and covers for every kind of backyard
Most homes need a combination: a cover overhead, screens or shades on the sides, and solar screens on the hottest windows. We price it together so you can choose what to do now and what to add later.

Questions
Straight answers
How much does a patio cover or screen enclosure cost?
It depends on size, materials and options like motorized shades or lighting. Most projects fall somewhere between about $3,000 and $25,000 or more; repairs and solar screens cost less. Your written quote itemizes everything so you can adjust before deciding.
Who installs the project?
CTX manages your project from first call to final walkthrough. Installation is performed by our experienced installation partner. You keep one point of contact the whole way through.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. We visit, measure, show options and send a written quote. There's no charge and no obligation.
Do I need a permit or HOA approval?
Many covers and enclosures need a city permit, and most HOAs want to approve colors and materials. We'll tell you what applies at your address and help you prepare your HOA submission.
How long does a project take?
Most installs take one to three days on site. The bigger variables are material lead times and permit or HOA approval, and your quote includes a timeline.
What areas do you serve?
San Antonio, Castroville, Boerne, New Braunfels, Schertz, Helotes, Cibolo and Seguin. If you're nearby and not listed, ask.
